We found the hotel to be not particularly suitable for a family, and while we maybe should have anticipated this in the particular area, a better website description would have been rather helpful. We requested a refund from the hotel and they were great dealing with this and offered to store our luggage free of charge. This was very appreciated.

It was a very good experience, I highly recommend it. The staff was super nice, kind and attentive. I choose the option pool plus food set and it didn’t disappoint me. The food was tasty and good quantity. The pool was good, they provide you with a towel and you have chairs to lay on them. There is also a shower in the toilet. The only negative thing for me was that there are not lockers to put your belongings and drinks were a little bit expensive.

Lovely pool, easy location, very slow service - an hour for meals to come after we had chased them up, hard to find staff members to talk to and 30 minutes to pay our bill.
