The lobby and grounds of the resort are nice, clean and well maintained bathrooms in the common areas - which can often be hit or miss. During the checkin process the staff was a little confused, I was told that I needed a code to order drinks and food etc, which was ok, but it took me reaching out to the concierge via WhatsApp to get the code - well over an hour after I checked in. The restaurant offered wide variety of choice, and being a la carte everything was fresh.
