    Good experience though I had to go to concierge for towels when I got there. Service was good and Peter the bellman went and found me towels he was awesome, valet did a good job along with the pool service beside the towels all good

    No service on the beach. Calling it a cabana on the beach is misleading. It's a chaise with a hood. No towels were brought and no one asked if we wanted anything. I had to flag them down many times. I asked for water and she brought me one plastic bottle and said she wouldn't charge me. Not the service I expected. I feel as though I wasted my money. Pool service was much better.
